In April 2025, the merger between DRT Moldes e Plásticos and DRT Rapid was completed through the incorporation of DRT Rapid into DRT Moldes e Plásticos.
This operation resulted in the integration of all DRT Rapid’s assets, equipment, technical expertise and teams into the organisational structure of DRT Moldes e Plásticos, strengthening the company’s technological and industrial capabilities.
The incorporation brings together, within a single organisation, complementary expertise in engineering, additive manufacturing, metal component production, precision machining, and the development of solutions for moulds and industrial tooling.
This merger represents another step in DRT Moldes e Plásticos’ consolidation and growth strategy, with the following objectives:

- Maximising synergies between teams, technologies and production resources;
